hivpopulation is a subclass of haploid_highd, hence inherits its methods.
Moreover, hivpopulation has some HIV-specific methods.
hivpopulation has two phenotypic traits, replication and resistance.
They contribute linearly to the viral fitness. The relative weight is set by
the attribute treatment.
